Art Deco Dress Clip and Green Bakelite Dress Clip
Here is a beautiful dress clip that drips art deco style... and another little art deco butterfly dress clip, which happens to be Bakelite. If you are unfamiliar with testing for Bakelite please see our earlier post on the subject.

A Bevy of Art Deco Beauties - Vintage Dress Clips

What else says "elegant" more than the Art Deco dress clip? I love to collect dress clips because they are absolutely magnificent looking. The Art Deco shapes and rhinestones set in silver tone metal scream luxury and classic design.
The only problem with being a slave to dress clips is that I can never think of ways to wear them. They seem much to dressy for everyday wear and it is very few and far between when I wear something formal enough to clip on a dress clip.
Ah well- maybe dress clips are not for wearing, at least not for me, but it does not stop me from admiring their beauty even from afar.
